Dear Customers

LOTS OF FANTASTIC BARGAINS FOR THE NEW YEAR

The colder temperatures are here and sewers are looking for cosy fabrics - brushed cottons, baby needlecord and corduroy, wools and tweeds, as well as heavier weight ponte jereys. There are coat weight wools/wool mixes, and the ever-popular boiled wool ( black, brown, teal, raspberry). For added warmth, and a bit of luxury, there is a gorgeous black fur for collar and cuffs, which also makes a beautiful jacket, wrap or gilet.

You can see examples in the photographs below.

Weddings, Civil Ceremonies and Special Events

More and more Brides, Mothers of Bride and Groom ( it's a big day for them too), are turning towards having a bespoke gown or outfit made, for a perfect fit, and a one-off design - just for them. Something special, different and unique - thereby avoiding the horror of a guest arriving in your outfit!

Phone or pop in, for some help with ideas, information, and to see what fabrics are available to help create the look you are thinking about.

Give yourself plenty time too; dressmakers are busy, and sometimes fabrics need to be ordered.
